Apasen Newham Opportunity Zone, a day service, is being launched in April 2021 to cater for the people with learning disability and other special needs who are 16 and over and living in Newham and neighbouring boroughs. The official launching will take place on 1 June, 2021 with an aim to provide the customers day-time stimulation, promote their independence and present them with the opportunities to lead a fulfilled lifestyle by integrating into the community.
