Our Information and
Advice Service
Our information and advice service is a free, independent, confidential, and impartial service which provides support to disabled people living in Tower Hamlets.
We provide information and advice on benefits, housing, travel, social care, and other issues for adults with disabilities and make referrals to other AQS-accredited organisations where relevant.

Our comprehensive welfare rights services include:
Advice on benefits, services, and schemes
Information on entitlements and how to claim
Help with completing forms
Checking that payments are correct and up to date
Support on housing/rehousing
Initial benefit checks, guidance if circumstances change, and helping with the mandatory reconsideration process (PIP, UC, and Attendance Allowance, etc.)
