On this International Women’s Day, I would like to take a moment to recognise and celebrate the remarkable contributions that women have made to our organisation, our communities, and our world.
Today, we honour the progress that has been made in advancing gender equality and empowering women to reach their full potential. We also acknowledge that there is still much work to be done to ensure that every woman has the opportunity to succeed, and that gender-based discrimination and violence are eradicated.
As we celebrate the women in our organisation today, I encourage all of us to continue working towards a future where women are able to thrive and fulfil their potential in every aspect of life. Let us commit to creating a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all, regardless of gender.
