We believe that all our staff and services should put people at ease and make them feel comfortable and safe.
Apasen will help to keep people safe and will adhere to the Local Authorities Vulnerable Adults Protection Procedures.

Apasen believes that the quality of its care & support services are achieved in a number of ways:
- By meeting Essential Standards of Quality & Safety as laid down by the Care Quality Commission.
- Having in place robust policies and procedures that cover all aspects of care and that are regularly monitored and reviewed.
- Actively inviting comments by the issuing of satisfaction surveys to individuals, their family and friends, health and social care professionals and other key stakeholders.
- Acting on feedback received from individuals, their families and friends, social and healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
