Apasen lodge is a friendly and homely respite care home for adult with learning disabilities located in a quiet and peaceful part of London Borough of Redbridge.
We are looking for experienced, reliable and dedicated Senior Care Assistant and Care assistant. Experience of working with adult with learning disabilities is essential.
We are looking for proactive experienced individuals with excellent support care skills.
- Applicant must have NVQ Level 2 for Care Assistant and Level 3 for Senior Care Worker in Health and Social Care
- At least 6 month experience working with people with learning disabilities in respite care setting or similar environment.
Successful applicants will be contacted within 10 days of closing date. Unfortunately, due to high volume of request, we are unable to respond to everyone.
To ensure our staff can provide the highest possible standards of care, we provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training and development. Relevant courses, such as moving and handling, infection control, fire training and food hygiene, ensure all our employees continually update their skills and knowledge.
